Pierre Hadji Georgiou graduated from the Lebanese military academy in 1976. He served in the Intelligence, Counter-Terrorism, and Counter-Espionage Departments.
Following training with the special training group in the US, Pierre established the first hostage rescue force in the Middle East. General Georgiou established the Security Company Pro.Sec, one of the leading security companies in Lebanon and the Middle East with branches in Iraq, South Sudan, and Nigeria.
Pierre is the recipient of numerous medals and citations for outstanding performance during his service. Pierre is fluent in English, Arabic, and French. He is a lecturer in Defense, Intelligence, and Security at St. Joseph University of Beirut.
Elie oversees operational activities at Pro.Sec. Elie creates, implements, and executes Pro.Sec’s growth strategies. Elie also helps manage Pro.Sec’s finances by performing periodical audits on expenditures, revenue plan analysis and investing decisions.
Elie is a Veteran of the Greek Army, having served in the Artillery division. Elie holds a BA in Marketing from Lebanese American University.
He is fluent in English, Arabic and French. Elie has also taken courses in Airport Security at ENAC School at Toulouse-France and Armored Vehicle Security Driving training at ASC-Germany.
Sofia is an Executive General Manager. She develops strategic plans, establishes budgets, manages the results and recommends objectives. Sofia recruits, interviews and hires key employees.
From 1996 to 2009, Sofia worked as a Financial Controller for Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan at Olympic Airways. She was promoted to Sales Manager at Olympic Airways before working for Pro.Sec.
Sofia is fluent in Arabic, English, and Greek. She holds a law degree from the University of Damascus.
Tony is the Financial Controller at Pro.Sec. He oversees the accounting department and its employees.
Tony’s responsibilities include creating financial statements, capital budgeting, training new accounting employees and reporting company performance to the CEO. Tony served as a Chief Warrant officer in the Lebanese Army from 1983 to 1998.
As a technical expert, Tony operated and maintained military equipment and integrated technology into combat operations.
Hassan develops and implements human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with Pro.Sec’s overall business strategy. He assesses training needs and monitors training programs and trainees.
Prior to working as the HR Manager, Hassan supervised Pro.Sec’s Operation Quality Control. Before working at Pro.Sec, he was the Director of Security at IHG InterContinental Phoenicia & Le Vezndome Hotels from 1999 to 2016 and a Senior Security Supervisor at British Mediterranean Airlines from 1991 to 1994.
Hassan is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
Saadallah is the Operations Manager at Pro.Sec. He supervises the trainings and all the static guards and VIP close protection missions.
He is responsible for the monthly rosters for all the 1200 guards and ensure all posts are performing and applying the SOPs at the highest level of professionalism.
Saadallah retired from the Lebanese Army as a Captain and was an assault team leader in the Hostage Rescue unit ‘’ Strike Force’.
Michel is the Quality Control Manager at Pro.Sec. He implements the I.S.O 9001:2008 of Pro.Sec. He monitors the security operations by implementing security policies, regulations and rules, to ensure the safe environment for employees and visitors in the organization.
Michel ensures that products meet quality standards set by the company. He compiles KPIs and presents an annual report to demonstrate the achievement of the organization goals.
Michel served as a Chief Warrant officer in the Lebanese Army from 1980 to 2002. Michel operated in the Anti Terrorist and counter-espionage branch - Intelligence Directorate.
Amin is the Money Haulage Manager at Pro. Sec. He assigns and control the Money Haulage teams, prepares the rosters and routes of the company’s Money Haulage vehicles.
He monitors and oversees daily operational tasks. He communicates with customers and ensures their satisfaction.
Amin served in the Lebanese Army as a Captain.
