General Pierre Georgiou

Pierre Hadji Georgiou graduated from the Lebanese military academy in 1976. He served in the Intelligence, Counter-Terrorism, and Counter-Espionage Departments.

Following training with the special training group in the US, Pierre established the first hostage rescue force in the Middle East. General Georgiou established the Security Company Pro.Sec, one of the leading security companies in Lebanon and the Middle East with branches in Iraq, South Sudan, and Nigeria.

Pierre is the recipient of numerous medals and citations for outstanding performance during his service. Pierre is fluent in English, Arabic, and French. He is a lecturer in Defense, Intelligence, and Security at St. Joseph University of Beirut.

Elie Hadji Georgiou

Elie Hadji Georgiou

Elie oversees operational activities at Pro.Sec. Elie creates, implements, and executes Pro.Sec’s growth strategies. Elie also helps manage Pro.Sec’s finances by performing periodical audits on expenditures, revenue plan analysis and investing decisions.

Elie is a Veteran of the Greek Army, having served in the Artillery division. Elie holds a BA in Marketing from Lebanese American University.

He is fluent in English, Arabic and French. Elie has also taken courses in Airport Security at ENAC School at Toulouse-France and Armored Vehicle Security Driving training at ASC-Germany.

Sofia Valasidou Damiani

General Manager

Sofia Valasidou Damiani

Sofia is an Executive General Manager. She develops strategic plans, establishes budgets, manages the results and recommends objectives. Sofia recruits, interviews and hires key employees.

From 1996 to 2009, Sofia worked as a Financial Controller for Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan at Olympic Airways. She was promoted to Sales Manager at Olympic Airways before working for Pro.Sec.

Sofia is fluent in Arabic, English, and Greek. She holds a law degree from the University of Damascus.
